Dr. Christopher K. Adams was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After graduation, he practiced dentistry in the Pacific Northwest before moving to Austin. Dr. Adams believes in providing individualized treatment plans based on the patient’s wants and needs and in delivering that care with a gentle touch. He enjoys reading, playing golf, traveling, spending time with his wife, and recently begun participating in triathlons.

Dr. Wm Ed Balderas was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and grew up in Denver, CO, New Orleans, LA, and Houston, TX. He received an Associate degree with honors from Western Texas Junior College in Snyder, Texas and his Bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Houston in 1978. He then graduated with honors from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1981. He opened a private general practice in Arlington, Texas, and also worked part-time at the Fort Worth State School providing needed general dental services, as well as an instructor in the Oral Diagnosis Department at Baylor College of Dentistry. He sold his practice and relocated to Austin where he associated with a large group practice and recently spent four years in West Texas with a smaller group practice. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with a special interest in oral surgery and removal partials and dentures. He is married and enjoys traveling with friends and family. He is also an avid tennis player, and enjoys motor and water sports.

Dr. Winnelle Bonilla was born in Dominican Republic and raised in Puerto Rico. She completed her Bachelor degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico and obtained her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University, NY. She has serviced the Austin community since 2007 with special interest in cosmetic dentistry, traditional orthodontics and Invisalign. She has a preventative, comprehensive and cosmetic outlook towards all of her treatment. She enjoys diverse cuisines, music , traveling, road biking and outdoor activities.

Dr. Michaelanne E. Briggs is a native Texan, born in Austin. She received her DDS degree from the University of Texas Houston Dental Branch in 1998. Dr. Briggs completed a six-year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Texas Medical Center in conjunction with the University of Texas and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. During this program she also earned her MD at the University of Texas Houston Medical School.

Dr. Howard Chapple was born and raised in Slaton, Texas. He attended Angelo State University, and entered the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston after his junior year, earning his DDS degree in 1976. He had a private practice in Lake Jackson, Texas for 25 years before moving to Austin and joining Rose Dental Group in 2001. Dr. Chapple enjoys all phases of general dentistry. He and his wife, Marilyn, have a grown son, Ryan. In his spare time Dr. Chapple likes to read and play golf and is an avid sports fan, particularly enjoying baseball, football, and basketball.

Dr. Sergio Escobar was born in Colombia, South America and grew up in Chicago, Illinois. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado in Denver in 1979 and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry in 1984. He spent seven years teaching at the School of Dentistry and practicing in Colorado Springs before moving to Texas in 1991. In 1995, Dr. Escobar realized his lifetime aspiration by opening a premiere dental practice, Rose Dental Group, with his partner Dr. Sarradet. He enjoys all phases of General Dentistry, with a special interest in oral surgery and Comprehensive Dental Cosmetics. He is married to attorney Eva C. Ramos, and has four children. His hobbies include soccer, boating, and restoring vintage cars.

Dr. E. Michael Kelly is a native Texan, born in Houston and raised in the panhandle town of Borger. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and acquired his D.D.S degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston. After graduation he established a private General Dentistry Practice in Dallas. Upon relocating to Austin, he joined Rose Dental Group. Dr. Kelly enjoys the many facets of General Dentistry, as well as keeping abreast of the latest advances in Dental Technology. His wife, Cynthia, is an interior designer. Dr. Kelly practices yoga and enjoys nature, reading, movie and music trivia. His free time is spent traveling the world with his wife.

Dr. Brian Kistenmacher was born in El Paso, Texas but grew up in Dallas, Jackson, Mississippi, and Sewanee, Tennessee. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 1975 with a BS in Business Administration and worked in commercial and industrial construction for fourteen years prior to entering dental school. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 1994. He returned home to Texas after graduation and completed a one-year General Practice residency at the Olin Teague Veterans’ Center in Temple before moving to Austin in July 1995. Dr. Kistenmacher loves being a General Dentist and getting to know his patients. His hobbies include reading, travel, model railroads, golf, gardening, walking, and spending time with friends and loved ones.

Dr. Kenneth R.Mueller was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He received his DDS degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Dental Branch in 1993. He has been in practice since 1993 and has been with our group since 1998. His special interests in dentistry are basic oral surgery procedures and all restorative dentistry to include implant prosthetics, endodontics, removable prosthetics, crown and bridge work and simple restorative work. He is married to Dr. Mary E. Foxworthy, DDS. Dr. Mueller is a competitive table tennis player and is the vice president of the Austin Table Tennis Club. His other special interests are in metal and wood working, tools, and generally all things mechanical.

Dr. Kathy Raesz grew up in San Antonio, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, and then went on to graduate from Dental School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1979. After graduation she began practicing general dentistry in Elgin and Austin. She enjoys all phases of General Dentistry, especially removable prosthetic dentistry (making replacement teeth or false teeth). She has two sons, and enjoys skiing, swimming, camping, hiking, canoeing, scuba diving, and spectating sports.

Dr. Smita Rewari was born in India and moved to the U.S. at the age of fifteen and has been a Texan ever since. She got her dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. She has worked at two local Austin dental practices prior to joining Rose Dental and has actively donated her services to local headstart programs in the community.  She enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a special emphasis on oral surgery, pediatric, cosmetic dentistry and works mainly with metal free dental restorations. Dr.Rewari places special emphasis on patient comfort and understanding by providing thorough patient education along with offering sedation dentistry and other tools to help enhance the patient experience. She enjoys reading, writing, art and traveling.

Dr. Rollin Sarradet was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and received his DDS degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1992. After graduation, he returned to Austin to practice general dentistry. In 1995, with the help of his business partner, Dr. Sergio Escobar, he opened the first of three Rose Dental Group offices. He is married and has a son and a daughter. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his lifelong hobby of fishing.

Dr. Travis Shelton was born and raised in Goldthwaite, Texas. He attended Angelo State University from 1989 to 1992 and graduated from the University of Texas Dental School in San Antonio in 1996. He then moved to Austin and has been practicing General Dentistry here for six years. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, motor sports, and classic cars.
